Atualizar contato de WhatsApp Business por broker.

Regras obrigatórias do payload:

full_name, cel_phone e integration são obrigatórios.
cel_phone no formato E.164: [CC][NDC][SN]. Exemplo (Brasil): 5511999998888.

⚠️ Observação sobre tags: Envie tags como array de strings (ex.: ["vip", "lead"]). Tags inseridas no contato são substituídas pelas novas tags enviadas na requisição.
